Shipping

Our standard shipping of orders from US customers is handled by FedEx smart-post and transported and delivered by USPS (deliveries can take up to 15 business days depending on the season, weather inclinations, and unprecedented times). However, we also offer USPS Priority and FedEx Express (signature required) as additional shipping methods that are faster and have a guaranteed delivery time frame.

 

Delivery Time

The warehouse staff will do their best to pick up and ship your order as quickly as possible. Of course, the shipping time of a package varies by destination, shipping method, weather inclinations, and holiday season. The estimated delivery times by shipping method are:

• Standard shipping 5 to 7 ( at times can take 15) business days
• USPS Priority 3 to 4 business days

Please note that the fulfillment service is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, during international and national holidays, we are also closed. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day. Once your order is with the carrier, Gorilla Wear is not responsible for delivery delays.

 

Track & Trace

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace number. With this number, you can check the status of the shipment.

Standard shipping costs for orders within the US are $10.
