You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging.
To exchange an item, simply return it to the address below along with your information. Once we receive and inspect the defective product, we will send you a replacement. The exchange process typically takes a few days after approval.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund if approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, such as your credit card. Please note that a 20% restocking or shipping fee may apply.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the total refund amount.
